The room was big and comfy & the kitchen was wonderful. Sea view was unbeatable!
Hotel staff was very limited.
Comfortable condo, very roomy, amazing view of the ocean. The room was very clean, the place was quiet. Great for families. The location was fine, a bit out of town, but that turned out to be good as we had great access to places south of the hotel. ...read more

No airport shuttle.

Sunset with palms and black lava rocks, grills for cookouts. Beautiful Pool.
Was not clear from their literature that there was no beach at the hotel.
Kona by the Sea was a beautiful property. Rooms were bright, view was spectacular, staff was nice, close to many things in Kona. Hotel adjoins the ocean with beautiful black lava rocks and fascinating tide pool. Palm trees, a lovely pool, and fascinating little Geckos in the foliage. ...read more
